Wrapping text in cells in print preview

I am formatting the text to wrap within the cell. However, the print preview still cuts off the text. Any ideas?

Try widening the actual columns a bit.

    Hi nrschmid,

Excel is not really a 'WYSIWYG' application. Depending on your zoom, your font sizes, your row/column sizes, text wrapping and a host of other variables, what you see on-screen is not what you see in print preview -- and both can be different from what actually prints based on your printer's limitations and capabilities.

Your best bet is to get it looking right on-screen and then print it to see if it comes out right. The print preview is a decent indicator of what is likely to print, but it's definitely not 100% accurate.
