How to substitute #N/A for "0"

DaddyL kindly produced a set of formula for me, which you can see on the attached file.

However, if I was to remove one of the columns in the "Code List" tab, say for instance Column D (Phase 2), how could I prevent entries in the table on the "Phase 1" tab returning "0" instead of #N/A?

    Many thanks,

    Maybe

    =IF(ISNA(
    IF(COUNTIF('Code List'!A$3:A$159,G18),INDEX('Code List'!C$3:H$159,MATCH(G18,'Code List'!A$3:A$159,0),MATCH(I$15,'Code List'!C$2:H$2,0)),0)),
    0,
    IF(COUNTIF('Code List'!A$3:A$159,G18),INDEX('Code List'!C$3:H$159,MATCH(G18,'Code List'!A$3:A$159,0),MATCH(I$15,'Code List'!C$2:H$2,0)),0))
