Question How to Paste from word without loosing highlighted phrases?

    Hi!

I would like to know if there's a way to paste text from MS Word without loosing some kind of formatting.

The question is that I would like to paste whole paragraphs that contain some highlighted/understriked phrases.

When I try to paste I loose all the highlighting of phrases and the only formatting preserved is the global font type. I tried to explore the various options of "Paste Special" without success

I will have to perform these pastes quite a number of times, that's why I would like to get an easy way of performing this

    Can anyone help?
    Thanks!

    You're right

You are right: the font was too small for me to distinguish bold from non-bold. When I increased zoom I was able to realize that in fact bold formatting was preserved form Word to Excel

Nevertheless, highlighted text did not remain highlighted when copied from word to Excel. I guess this is because Excel might not support highlighted text feature.

    Thanks for your response!
