I have some text that I copy and paste into Excel on a regular basis that is all caps. Is there a command - or a way to either change it to 1st letter only caps, or all small case - and then I can change the first letter manually?

Take a look at proper or lower in excel help
e.g
or using code.=Proper(A1)
Press Alt + F11 then insert code into a new module. Close VB editor then press Alt + F8 and select
