    Custody type calendar... HELP!

I'm in a bit of a bunch here. I have only two days to compile an accurate account of my child custody over the past two years. I have no clue how to even begin to search for what I need. I recently had a computer class in school, so I'm slightly familiar with excel, but not 100% proficient.

I need a monthly calendar format, that I can input times of custody each day, color coding would be awesome, and I need to be able to tally all hours up (possibly in a percentage that shows mom vs. dad). plain looks are fine. The more extra bells and whistles, the better this will be though... graphs or charts are what I mean.

Sorry to go seeking, but I'm stuck! Between work, family and school, I'm at a loss!

Can someone just guide me in the right direction... Please!

    thanks in advance!

I need the same thing. I need to setup an excel calender to autofill specific dates and times each month (i.e Every Tuesday 4:30pm-Wednesday 9am, Every Other Weekend, Friday 6pm - Monday 9am) and autofill an 'even/odd' schedule for specific holidays (Dad on 2/17/2014 -2/21/2014, Mom on 2/17/2015-2/21/2015)

I'm not a complete newb with excel, but i'm pretty close. I'm lost on how i would write most of this.
