    Formatting decimal places

    Hi,

    Data: 10.3845
    Decimal places: 2

If I either use the ROUND or the TRUNC function I can make the above show 10.38.

    Data: 10.3045
    Decimal places: 2

If I use the same functions on the above, it will show 10.3

I need it to show 10.30 and I cannot seem to achieve it.

    Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Format the result cell through Format|Cells... and select Number from the Number tab... then on the right side, you can enter 2 decimal places.

    Hi,

    Format > Cells > Number > 0.00
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
