Excel File Fails/Closes When I Save

I have an excel file (not very big) that utilizes an excel integration tool which pulls data into the file from an external source and refreshes the data. The file was fine until I saved it yesterday. I pushed Save and it closed due to an error...this now happens everytime I try to reopen it and Save it.

This was happening a month ago regularly until I got the Service Pack for Excel 2007. Now it's happening again. Any ideas?

Try saving the file as HTML and then save it back as .xls
