    Setting the page view

    Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help me with the following:

In have recently created a graph which covers a certain amount of cells; however, what I would like to do is create the page size on the worksheet to match the size of the chart then I'm not having to scroll around the worksheet - that is I want to remove all the cells currently not in use and simply have the page to match the graph size.

    Many thanks.

    Hi,

If I understand you correctly try this, if your chart is (say) over columns A:M and from row 1 to row 30.

Select column N, press Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow, this selects all columns to the right of your chart, right click > Hide. Then for the rows.

Select row 31, press Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow, right click > Hide

You should now have just your chart to print
