I'm having issues sorting a range of data that includes a bunch of checkboxes...
I attached a screen shot (I hope it's enough to understand what my problem is).
I have 6 checkboxes (among other pieces of data) on each row. I created these using the forms toolbar, and in my efforts do get the sheet to do what I want it to do, I spent forever linking each checkbox to the cell it is sitting on.
My superior wants to see all of the most recent "leads" on top, so I want add the newest leads to the bottom (with today's date), check the corresponding checkbox in the "new" column, and then sort the range of cells by column B in descending order. Naturally, I want all of the checked boxes in each row to be sorted with the rest of the data.
I'm pretty confused now , because I have seen it work (just last week) before I changed the form a bit. Now it doesn't: When the data is sorted, you can see all of the checkboxes flash to where they're supposed to sort to, then they return to their original position.
Any suggestions? (I'm using Excel 2003) Thanks...
