Excel Gurus! Annoying arrow issue

Hey Guys thanks for chiming in!
I was working with the spread sheet and hit a wrong button and put this curse on my excel screen everytime I get into it. Can anyone help me get rid of this? Thanks in advance!

Assuming it's a Control Toolbox control, open the Control Toolbox toolbar, push the design mode button, select it and delete it.

If it's not, post a workbook.
