Pivot Tables

    Pivot Tables

    I am trying to do a pivot table with the sum of balances and the count of balances. However, the table displays the results in separate rows. I'd like to display the totals in columns next to each other. Any suggestions?

    right click on the "data" fields choose "order" and then "move to column"
