Excel 2007 : add-in ribbon doesn't appear !

Sorry if this question has been asked before. All the ribbons appear normally, except the add-in ribbon ! I need to access the RCOM Excel add-in.
Could someone please help me out ? What must I do to have this add-in ribbon on my screen ?

I'm not sure what the RCOM Excel add-in is, but unless it has had i's own Ribbon programmed you won't se one.

In the standard ribbon there is an Addins tab, see if the addin you need is listed there.
