joining 2 countif's into a sumproduct? can't get syntax right

    Hi,

I'm trying to check for 2 conditions before adding to the counter (data in column BH must = C, and Date in column K must be greater than or equal to a date in E26).

the minus 1 on the end, is there to remove an additional "C" at the bottom of the spreadsheet which is used for a drop down menu.

The first two countif's work as expected. The SUMPRODUCT attempt is rejected when I try and input it.

Any help you could offer would be great.
