< & > in a formula came back as too many arguments...

Hi everyone! It's me again


The formula I have below isn’t working the error message is stating “You’ve entered too many arguments for this function, click OK to close this message.:

=IF(OR(BH9=0,BH9=""),"",IF(BH9="N/A","N/A",IF(BH9<BJ9,"Non Compliant","Compliant",IF(BH9>BJ9,"Non Compliant","Compliant"))))

It should be:
If BH8 date is less than BJ8 & not greater than or equal to BK8 Compliant & if same day compliant
If BH8 date is N/A then Result should be N/A
If BH8 is blank, then the cell should remain blank.

I tried doing it without assistance, but I’m getting frustrated. Can someone please assist?

You are so amazing!

I put that in and it worked. I tried it a couple of ways and it was only reading one column and not two. Then I put in another argument and that's when I got the message.
