Identifying Unique Location in Table from criteria?

Hi,

Could I beg of some assistance with a small Excel prob?

I need Excel to tell me if a location is unique to the qty and sku. ie three columns of information to be compared. Snapshot example attached.

It always helps to have headers. I am guessing A is the location, B is the sku, and C is the qty. If that is the case, I think the following should work, though there is probably a simpler way:
