viewing all data in a box

    viewing all data in a box

    I just downloaded a trial of ms office 2007. I'm new to computers so be kind. I have a document i need to view. i brought it up, but some of the data in the spreadsheet is hidden past the end of the box. how do i read all the data in that box?

    What box are you referring to?
    A textbox maybe?

    I'm guessing that by "box" you mean a cell in the spreadsheet

    There are a couple of ways of doing this:
    • Click on the cell with the data. Then look in the 'formula bar' which is located in the top third of your screen beside the Fx symbol.
    • Alternatively, place the mouse pointer on the right edge of the column (usually specified by a letter across the top of your spreadsheet cells) in which the data is located. Then double click to make the column expand in width.

    Yes this is what i wanted to know. So those are cells.
