    Pictures For Comments

    hi guys

    slight problem

    im using comments to display images for easy look up

    when i save a picture i want it to be that size when i hovver over the comment

    but when i insert the picture it doesnt open the size that i saved it as

    i manually have to resize the image so its legible

    why is this and is there a way round this?

    yeah i know how to do that but it doesnt actually input the picture as the size it is saved

    Well It Doesnt Go Straight Into The Comment As The Size It Was Saved At But At Least It Is Locked In Ratio Which Means Its A Bit Easier To Make It Look Right

    Save your worksheet first then then try this bit of code

    It will make each comment in active workbook about 8 cm height by 12cm wide

    Did you get an error ??
    Was the activesheet the sht with the comments?

    Try this. If it works it will display a msgbox for each comment

    i get the message box up fine but it doesnt mae nything any different

    Maybe they already 8 cm height by 12cm wide

    Do you get 226 x 340

    Try changing the values in the code

    they are both different sizes completely

    i was just hoping that when i insert the picture into the comment box that it would be the size that the original was saved at
