    Keeping Header Cells On All Prined Pages

    Hello,

    I want to learn how to keep the header row (not the actual "header" of the document) to be printed on every page.

    For instance, in the not uncommon scenario in which the '1' row consists of titles for the chart below (e.g. "Name, Description, Number, etc."), and following rows consist of the filled out chart information; lets say it takes 3 pages to print the information. I would like the header row (row 1) to be printed as the first row of every page.

    It is almost like the freeze panes function except for printing.

    Can somebody please let me know how to do this? It would be appreciated tremendously.

    File > Page Set up > Sheet, select rows to repeat at top and select the rows on your spreadsheet.

    In Excel 2007

    Page layout tab.
    Then click on the littel blue arrow at the bottom of the Page Setup Group.
    The arrow is in the darker blue area.
