Finding last working day of a month

Hi,

I have the word "May" in cell A1 and "2008" (as a number) in cell A2. I would like to create a formula in A3 that returns the last working date of that month in date format. (ie 30/05/2008)

Can someone please help?

If you have the Analysis ToolPak engaged, try this:

A3: =WORKDAY(DATE(A2,MONTH(A1&" "&A2)+1,1),-1)
