calculation of values with blanks

Hi all, can anyone help me I am trying to calculate my spreadsheet. The problem is that i have a formula in every cell and then added another formula for totals of those numbers but when i enter info on the sheet. It wont total them when every blank isn't filled out. If spots have ##### in them then it will not total them I am using formula =((NETWORKDAYS(F4,G4,$AC$2:$AC$96)-1)/3+MOD(G4,1)-MOD(F4,1)+((MOD(G4,1)<0.5)-(MOD(F4,1)<0.5))/48) to get the amount of time and then for the total or sum i am using =sum()

I have attached the sheet i am working on hopefully you guys can help

You can revise your Networkdays() formula to return a blank if you don't have entries in the Time In/Time Out columns....

Thank you very much that worked. You don't know how long i've been trying to write the right formula.

2 quick questions.

One I am kinda new at this. Does the program in circular have any effect on the sheet itself.

also if i want to add buttons so my people just have to click on the buttons to stop and start an activity is this possible. I know I can get the buttons but I don't know how to link it and make it so it adds its own time and date, adding its own cells or lines. does that make sense. any help there?
