Macro to Select "New Entry" and insert a Row

I have Column O in which I have a formula which will tell me where all of my "New Entry"s begin. I am needing help writing a macro which will select the "New Entry" cells and Insert a row above the "New Entry" creating seperation.

Macro to Select "New Entry" and insert a Row

I have attached a portion of my file. On sheet one is how the spreadsheet looks originally. On sheet two is what I need it to look like after I am finished. I tried the macro above but it did not work for me. I copied and pasted it but I may still be doing something wrong.

Use the slightly modified procedure below. The original assumed column D contained the new entry for some reason, and the label 'new entry' rather than 'New Entry' - the macro is case sensitive unless that's coded for - which it wasn't (and isn't). The workbook you attached didn't appear to contain any macro, I've added it and am re-attaching.
