Timeline

Hi,

This is my first post. So hello to everyone. i am currently on working on a project where I need to build a timeline where it will tell me how long an agent has been in a particular state. I have attached a sample workbook. If someone could guide me on how i can do this.

Sorry, I forgot the attachment. Thanks for pointing that out Ed. Also just to mention I have tried to add a pivot table to see if that works but this doesnt give me the time values for duration as i have changed the cell format to time but just gives me zero values.
