Is there any way of getting a drop down list from another worksheet.

I have a front sheet with lessons of a school day I want I drop down list of the initials of the On sheet two is everyones timetable and on sheet 3 is a table with each lesson and a list of people who are not teaching that lesson. I therefore want to use the list from sheet3 as a drop down list on the front worksheet is this possible?
