Hyperlink within an Excel worksheet launched from Internet Explorer

I have created a worksheet that I've made available to users throughout the company via a link from an intranet website.

This spreadsheet has hyperlinks built into it to navigate between multiple sheets.

When I launch the spreadsheet normally through Excel, these hyperlinks work fine. But when the spreadsheet is launched via the link on the website, the hyperlinks do not work properly.

When I click on a hyperlink, it takes me to that page, but scrolls it up to where the first few rows aren't visible. And then the hyperlinks no longer work. I can't navigate to any other pages.

What have I done wrong? Is there some setting somewhere? Or do hyperlinks not work when using the web version of Excel?

strange i just uploaded a sheet test hyperlink to the test forum
then just double clicked and opened it in explorer

and get the same result. but if you right click on toolbar and deselect one of the toolbars it refreshes and everything becomes visible again.(or if you simply move a toolbar around)
    no idea why!!!!!
but if you deselect all tool bars it works fine ,so perhaps thats the option(but i coldn't get them back again )

Or if you switch to another window running another application and then switch back, everything's good. I hadn't noticed that before.

But I can't figure out why it goes all squirrely in the first place. I definitely don't want to have to tell my users to "Click on the hyperlink. Switch to a different window, then switch back to see the spreadsheet properly".
