Excel 2007 : Disable Message box (increase security level to XML) - of Password protected file

Dear Friends,

I am using Excel 2007 and I have some 97-2003 .xls files with password protection to open. I open these files (after enterting the correct password) and did some data entry. When I save this file a message box appears every time to increase the encryption/security level to XML document (Save As 2007 file format).

As I need the files to be in 97-2003 I don't want any further security increase. How to disable this message permanently. Any in-built solution or a VBA code will do?

For this query, I found the following solution:

Once the SaveAs function is disabled, then there is no question of increasing security/encrpytion. Hence the message box never ask us for the same.

I am posting this for others ref. those who face similar kind of problem.
