    creation of a 'frozen' structure/grid

How can I create a structure that simulates a cashbook? I need to add a total or subtotal row after 40 rows and I'd like this row to remain always in that place (i.e., number 42, excluding the first row which is used for my column headings), so that if I add one row between rows 2 and 41, the date from row 41 will be transferred to row 43, and excluded from the sum as if it was entered on the following 'page' of my book.
    Thanks, Renata
