Automatically update a unique list

Hi all,

Hoping someone can offer assistance with this problem, without Macro /VBA if possible!

In column A, I have a list of country names, in this list the are many duplicates.
In column D, I can get a unique list of countries from this list by using Advanced Filter etc.

My question is:- Is there a way of automatically updating the unique list, in column D, when the original list, in column A, is extended with a new country?
