Selecting a value based on certain sriteria

Friends,
I have two sheets say Sheet1 and Sheet 2.
Sheet 1 has 5 columns.
Sheet 2 has 7 columns.
Column 5 in sheet 1 and Column 3 in sheet 2 are same headings but rows are not same.
In sheet 1,
I want to create a column 6 with values of column 5 in sheet 2 which are exactly in the same row of common column in both sheets.
How the formula can be arranged?

I want to take up more column like this. I do not want to use VLLOKUP. I want to use LOOKUP only because no data disturbance is needed like sorting etc., is needed in LOOKUP.
Possible?
