Help me please

Hello All,

Can someone please help me to resolve this : ?
I have a couple of worksheets that have info on them -
On Sheet1 there are family names and last names of Group1
On Sheet2 there are family names and last names of Group2 ...but that group may contain some person from the Group1 on Sheet1...

I need to find the duplicates in Group1 that also exist in Group2 , mark them rows, and copy them to another Sheet.

Than you All in advancefor any answer (even half) ...
