conditional formatting: cell contains text?

Is it possible to do a conditional formatting command on a Text cell, with the condition that:

if the cell contains text "searchterm"

then the conditional format takes place?

Use conditional formula: =Isnumber(Search("searchterm",A1))


where A1 is the cell to format
