    add tally for a number not being in a cell

    I have a spreadsheet that have numbers in cells from A1 thru A1150 (only A is being used)...i would like to know how many cells to not have a zero in it.

    is there a way to have excel tell me how many cells do not show 0:00

    Try:

    =Countif(A1:A1150,"<>0")
