Formula that compares two columns no longer works. Any ideas?

    Hi all,

My problem is with a formula that I have used many times before in different situations and now it just won't work.

I compare two columns from one sheet to two columns of another. I am trying to match date-to-date and time-to-time (time is approximately calculated within an absolute difference of xxx seconds). If I find a match I just grab the neighboring cell from one sheet and copy it to the other sheet.

Please see column C on Sheet2 in the attached file to understand better. The formula I am using is an array formula. I have only filled in a couple hundred cells. I have also marked row 111 in Sheet2 and row 300 on wgmisn worksheet to illustrate that there are matches, but the formula won't "see" them. I don't even get my "N/A" result in case the formula is wrong.

Any ideas will be appreciated as I can't find what is wrong!

    Regards,

    K

Column B in wgmisn sheet needs to be formatted as general, not text.

Select Column B and go to Data|Text to Columns.... and just click Finish.

The results should now appear in Sheet2
Where there is a will there are many ways.
