Hi all,
I have several different Pivot Tables that I then run charts off of in an excel workbook.
I'm in the midst of creating a Presentation Deck in Ppt. Now I was using some of these Pivot Table summaries to include in the deck and late last night I could have sworn all I did was highlight selected cells in Pivot Table select Copy and then Paste into Power Point slide and I got a perfect formatted summary table of my Pivot Table. One that allowed me to click in the individual cells and change text etc . . .
This morning I needed to Paste another summary and now when I go to paste, it doesn't contain the format. So I tried Paste Special and it Pastes an almost "image" file of the Pivot table whose text can't be edited and isn't nicely formatted like the previous.
How can I copy the Pivot Tables like I did the first time?
Attached is a slide representing the Paste function I'm looking for.
Thanks all!
