Sharing Excel Spreadsheet

Hopefully an easy one for you all...

I have just set up a simple shared excel spreadsheet.

I have got it to track changes.

However, it is registering me as Admin plus one of my colleagues as Admin. It is however taking other users names in the history.

How can you change the username that Excel take down?

hi nick,

if you go to tools/options/general, your user name is at the bottom, you can change this to something unique.
