Macro to Start New Sheet +Sort Past Data

I am looking to take the current Audit sheet I have and use a Macro (In G1) to begin a new Audit on a new tab in the same workbook.

As you can see from the sheet - the audit is graded in 3 ways with checkboxes (Good, Needs Work, and Action Required). Whenever a given checkbox is marked, that box turns a color to represent if the category needs work. I have already worked out how to clear all the checkboxes within the sheet when a new sheet is to be started.

I am looking to take the current sheet, essentially copy it to another tab, but before I clear the checkboxes I want to list anything that was highlighted yellow or red (Needs Work & Action Required) from say - Line 80 - with their associated color, then clear all the checkboxes. That way when we are doing a new audit, we can revisit the things that needed to be corrected from the previous audit.

    Unless someone has another idea.

Re: Macro to Start New Sheet +Sort Past Data

    Hi Adam,

    Here is my suggested solution!

    Adam Schaefer AUDIT v3.xlsm

I have moved your macro back to the modules section and created a new macro to make a copy of the sheet.

Instead of putting the comments down the bottom, I thought it would look better with he date you made the copy at the top of Col G, and the result before you cleared the check marks.

The macros are separated with their own buttons at the moment, but you can easily call the Clear macro from the copy macro once you are satisfied.

NOTE: I noticed one row which had no boxes checked, so I included an "UNMARKED" warning.

I hope this helps, please let me know!

    Regards,

    David
