multiple criteria, based on certain tech numebrs

Ok, ya'll helped me out big time last week, now to add another demension to scenario.

I work for Directv and I have the spreadsheet built to where it will count the jobs that are "closed" and "installs", or "closed" and "upgrades". Now I want to break it down even farther by groups of techs.

    Example:

techs ASGA002360 through ASGA002380 that had jobs that were "closed" AND "installs".

the tech numbers are in one column, the status is in one column (closed) and the job type is in another column (install).

    Hi,

You'll need to upload your workbook, or a representative sample of it, for us to understand your requirement in its context. Add a few notes referring to the cells in question and describing what results you expect.
