Hello i have attached a sheet that i need help with im not good with look up
i have on a2 the number of stores b2 employee name c2 rate per hour, what i need is on the sheet named OT is a drop down bow tha will help me with this task for instance on A2 OT sheet i select store 12356 b2 will only show me employees under that stor number and will show the rate on C2 is there a way of doing this, thank you for all your help.

Hello OSSIE,

I added an AutoFilter to the Store worksheet. This will allow you to select various combinations of store, employee, and rate information. There is a button Copy to OT that will copy the filtered data over to the OT sheet. If you have any questions, let me know.

hello its working but ineed some changes, how do i go about adding more then 1 person on the ot sheet currently it will copy what iv selected but is it possible to keep adding people and rate as i select them, also is it possible to add pay period 1 and pay period 2 and add the 2 at the bottom of the sheet like total OT $ for the month, i have to do this now every pay period and explain to my boss why is there OT for every employee any help will be greatly appreciated.
