Mass removal of hyperlinks

Hi brainier than me dudes! Is there anyway to select all and remove the hyper links from every cell?

From the sheet where you want to remove the hyperlinks:

1. Open VBE with Alt+F11
2. Open up the Immediate Window (if it isn't already visible) with Ctrl+G
3. Type in:

Activesheet.Hyperlinks.Delete

and hit enter.

That's it! All the hyperlinks will be removed (cell text won't be changed, however).

One nooby question though. I've done all you said but once ive entered the code into the immediate window how do I make it happen? I add it and press return/enter and it adds a break line?

When you press enter, you should go to a new line in the Immediate Window (ie next line down) and the code will (should) have run on your Activesheet (so you can check by going back into Excel and seeing if you still have hyperlinks.

Im not sure what im doing wrong here but its not working? I follow all the instructions to the letter but the links still remain?

Are your links created using the HYPERLINKS() function? The above won't work on these.

Are you sure the hyperlinks remain ie can you click on one and it opens up the targeted document?
