from excel to gmail tranfer

hi, i just have a quick question, and for you guys im sure it'll be easy for you,
but thank god for the wonders of the internet.....

I have to upload 500 email address for my boss from excel into his gmail biz account and instead of going thru one by one like im doing at the moment is it possible to upload the whole lot in one go, i tried already but since im not really computer savvy my efforts were to no avail,
