Hyperlink within the same worksheet

I want to click the text in a specific cell to have it move to another cell in the same worksheet.

This is what I have now;

I've already named a cell range that I want to link to. I want this to work even if the document is renamed, so I can't really call the workbook name. Clicking this currently tells me that it cannot open the specified document.

Am I S.O.L.?

name range as "instruction 5"
insert /hyperlink/named location in file
browse
from browse from
select defined name

from list chose instruction_5 (you'll see it's added an underscore)
click ok
click ok again

I don't want the whole cell to be a hyperlink, only the one line. I also don't want the whole cell to be in blue and underlined.

Any alternatives?

you could insert a macro that runs on double click i suppose
eg

then every time c1 is double clicked it jumps to range g7:g13
