Autoupdate Excel when change made in datasource

I have a mySQL database which I view through an Excel-document using the ODBC driver. But every time I want to check if the data has been updated, I have to press an update-button in Excel.

Is it possible to instead have Excel automatically update when changes are made in the database?

You can set the excel query to auto update at regular intervals. Depending on how data intensive the query is, you could set to be a very frequent interval
