    Hours Worked Calculator

I am trying to develop a calculator that allows me to enter in my Start time, Leave for Lunch, Back from Lunch, Finish Time.

The formula that I have used is just a simple =(Finish-Start)-(Lunch Back-Lunch Leave)

What I need to do though, is take the hours that I have worked and subtract an 8 hour day from the hours I have worked, leaving me with my over time hours or hours that I owe.

Then take the hours owed and subtract them from my over time hours.

that work book can not calculate hours owed .

I used the (Finish-Start-(Lunch Out-Lunch in))*24 then I subtracted 8 hours from the calculated hours. Which left me with hours owing and overtime.

I then used SUM, which gave me the a negative number, which should be the hours I owe, correct?
