How to auto highlight higher value cell in same row when enter?

I wish when entering numbers, the higher value (number) cells between two columns (or more) to be highlight or fill color automatically. I believe that's possible but I just can't figure out how to do it. Conditional Formatting? Or using Function? Please help!!! Thanks.

Can you post a small sample of your data and what you want to do? ( see Manage attachments on the Reply to Thread form)

Here's what I like to be able to do in my worksheet. Everytime if entered a higher value in column A compare to column B, then both cells will be automatically highlighted. Is this even possible? Please see attached example file.

Thanks but it didn't work. I tried to change the value in some cells and the highlights didn't change. But I think I kind of figure it out now. Check out the attachment.
