Keep Table HEaders Constant

I have created a table of data in excel but I want the Column headers to appear at the top of page even when I scroll down past the row where the table headings are situated. I've seen it done but dont know how.

Can anyone please help?

Hi strokebow,

The answer to this is called windows freezing.

all you need to do is, say for example i want the whole of row 1 to be frozen i would click on cell A2 and on the menu bar click Window>Freeze Panes.

Window-->Freeze panes. Just think about where you want to freeze the pane first.
