    Input to Output

Hello. New to this and this could be the wrong forum so apologies.

Attached is a spreadsheet showing a simple example of what I want to achieve.

Input in the form on the left with the output looking like the bit on the right. It doesn't have to be in the same sheet (or even woorkbook) and there may not even be a way to do it, but if there is I know somebody here will know how.

    Thanks

    Hi Rural Nutty,

Is this like a schedule that you are trying to achieve?

That is exactly it. The input dates (weeks) don't necessarily have to be negative figures either

Ok, unfortuattly i dont have the exact code you are looking for with out sitting down to work on it, but if you take a look at the attached file where i have done the same sort of thing but with time (in a staff shifts style) it should give you the idea of how to achieve this.

if you have any problems or get stuck let me know

ps. i apreiciate that the coding will mayb look a bit complicated dependant on you knowledge

    Stuie.

    Absolute Superstar.

I have managed (not quite sure how) to modify the code to do exactly what I wanted and extended the ranges down and across.

Just got to remember how to move the macro buttons to a different location on the screen and I'm cooking with gas!!

    Many thanks for your help.
