Adding Numbers In Columns

Hi, my first post here . What's the fastest way to display the sum of each column in one row. Here's a picture of what I want to do: http://www.filefreak.com/ppublic/33833/excel%20help.bmp now I want the sum of each column to be displayed in for example row 10. I have tried manually clicking "autosum" (sp?) but that will take a lot of time as I have about 400 more of these. Thanks in advance.
