copying and inserting huge amount of lines

Hi there,
In the included sheet I want all the lines with in the E-column more then 1 to be inserted as separated lines while keeping the other content
e.g. when in E-column 1000 I want to replace this line by 1000 lines with same
other data without a lot of inserting and copying
e.g. with in the E-column 580 I need instead of this line 580 lines
