    Need formula/sum based on boxes marked

    I HOPE I DID THIS RIGHT. i ATTACHED MY WORKBOOK SO YOU CAN GET AN IDEA OF WHAT I AM WANTING TO DO. i AM WANTING THE AMOUNTS IN COLUMNS E, G, & M TO ADD TOGETHER BUT ONLY IF THE BOX (COLUMNS A & I) NEXT TO THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN SELECTED.
