Code generator

My job has just come up with a numeric code system that involves six groups of two and three digit numbers seperated by dashes. I have arranged all the pertinent info onto an excel spreadsheet, but I'd like to incorporate a feature where I can click on the relevant number in each column, and have them turn up in a box, seperated by dashes so they can be copied into other software. How would I go about doing this?
