Some of my command options in excel have been greyed out, notably PRINT, FORMULA BAR, OPTIONS. However if I open a chart they ok! I think something happened when I used a website which used Excel. Any ideas on how I can recover the situation?

PRINT, FORMULA BAR and OPTIONS will only be active if you have an open workbook.

Yep, I know and have one open. Unless I open a CHART in the workbbook I cannot get at these options.
